A native of Rolla, Missouri, Jonathan Britton is a veteran of the United States Air Force where he spent most of his career in Armed Forces Security. Jonathan received many awards while in the military such as small arms expert rifle ribbon, national defense service medal, Air Force Overseas service long tour ribbon, and Air Force longevity service award with Oak Leaf cluster to name a few. Jonathan was also in the Gulf War. Jonathan will be remembered as a very honorable man who loved his wife; Kim Britton, his children, grandchildren, nephews and friends.
The family will receive friends starting at 5:30pm on Monday, August 25, 2025 at the VFW Post 6731,4321 W Gay Rd, D'Iberville, MS 39540. Services will begin sharply at 6:00pm with Air Force military honors. A reception will be held immediately following from 6:30pm - 9:00pm in the VFW reception Hall where you will be able to view all of Jonathan's medals he rightfully earned while in the Air Force.
