Jonathan T. Lewis Darnell

Jonathan T. Lewis Darnell, 41, of Bethel, passed away at home, Thursday, Aug. 24, 2023. He was the husband of Jeannette (Curry) Darnell, with whom he would have shared 14 years of marriage on Nov. 7th. He was the father of four children; Evelyn Virginia, Heidi Eloise, Gwendolyn Rosalie, and Uriah.
Jonathan was born near Chattanooga TN on May 8, 1982 and is survived by his parents; Ricky L. and Connie Rowland Darnell, his twin brother, Joshua Earl Lee Darnell, (husband of Cassandra); brother, Justin Lamont Darnell, (husband of Jennifer); two sisters, Jennifer Darnell Bode, (wife of Robert Bode), and Jessica Darnell Enloe (wife of Jason Enloe); his paternal grandparents, WT and Madeline Darnell; maternal grandparents, Richard and Sue Rowland; his in laws, Mark and Ruth Anne Curry; a brother in law, Nathan Curry; and a myriad of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Jon was a 2000 graduate of Tri-City Christian School and earned a degree in computer science. In his professional life he was a maverick house and structural relocation technician. In more recent years he owned his own construction and remodeling business as a master carpenter. He loved music and was an avid guitar player. He loved studying the Scriptures and sharing his faith with others.
Services will be held Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 1 PM at CMTS Ministries, 1119 N Boundary Rd, Bernville, PA 19506.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at Moravian Falls, NC.
