Robert Mengel Obituary
Robert, a son of the late Edwin H. Mengel, Sr., and Dorothy (Ritz), was born in Reading. He is survived by two sons, Robert C. Mengel, Jr., husband of Janeen, and Timothy C. Mengel, husband of Cheryl; a daughter, Christina M. Mengel, companion of Russell Boyer; two sisters, Doris L. Moyer, and Carol Ann Bashore; seven grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, William P. Mengel, and Edwin H. Mengel, Jr.; and a sister, Anna May Eisenbrown.
He graduated from Schuylkill Valley High School and was a US Air Force Veteran.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00AM, Tuesday, Oct 28th, at Kissingers Cemetery, 715 Berkshire Blvd, Wyomissing. Lamm & Witman Funeral Home, 243 W. Penn Ave., Wernersville, is handling arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.lammandwitman.com
