He was preceded in death by his mother, Joann Shelburne.
He is survived by his wife, Dana Whitaker Shelburne, 2 sons, Jason Troy (Emily) Shelburne of Floyds Knobs, IN., Joseph Tyler Shelburne of Mt. Eden, his father, Cadle Shelburne of Taylorsville, his sister, Melissa (Jason) Todd of Taylorsville, and 2 grandchildren, Lilian Marie and Ronan.
Funeral services for Mr. Jonathan Troy Shelburne will be 11:00 am Thursday, February 27, 2025 at the Greenwell-Houghlin Funeral Home in Taylorsville. Sister Mavis Bennett will officiate. Interment will be in Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00-8:00 pm and Thursday after 9:00 am until time of the funeral service. The Greenwell-Houghlin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
