Jordan Grady
Mr. Jordan David Grady of the Remmel Community, departed this life on Friday, April 28, 2023, at the age of 15. He was born September 10, 2007, in Conway, Arkansas, the son of David Lamont Grady and Ashli Elaine (Fletcher) Grady.
Jordan was a Freshman at Newport High School. He enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and playing with tractors, farming in the yard. Jordan was a huge fan of the University of Tennessee Volunteers basketball team. Most importantly, he loved the time he spent with his Poppa, his brother, Jalen, and his dogs.
Jordan's family and friends will miss his loving heart and his huge smile.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Susan (Miller) Fletcher.
Jordan is survived by his mother, Ashli (Fletcher) Grady of Remmel; his father, David Lamont Grady of Conway; one brother, Jalen Tyler Grady of Remmel; his maternal grandfather, Darrell Fletcher of Remmel; his paternal grandmother, Rosie Grady of Conway; his maternal great-grandmother, Pauline Fletcher of Remmel; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Friends may visit at Jackson's Newport Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, beginning at 12:30 p.m. Funeral services will follow at Jackson's Newport Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Rodney Stevenson officiating. Interment will be at Remmel-McCall Cemetery.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Marty Nance, Dave Davis, Sean Buford, Sonny Buford, Chad Miller, and Brady Hummel. Honorary pallbearers are Ely Miller, Harrison Brooks, and the Newport High School Class of 2026.
