Jordan Hepler Obituary
Jordan Hepler, 37, passed away unexpectedly at St. Joseph Medical Center in Mishawaka on Saturday, March 30, 2024.
Jordan was born on January 10, 1987, in Tallahassee Florida. He graduated from Mishawaka high school in 2006.
Jordan previously worked at Brimar wood Innovations Inc. for 10 years doing custom woodworking. Jordan had a passion for woodworking and working with his hands. He was employed as a carpenter at Stair Supplies in Goshen, Indiana for 4 years. Jordan was an avid Bears and Notre Dame fan. He loved being active and being outdoors, playing frisbee golf, going bowling, and target shooting with his family. He was known for his unwavering love and dedication to his family, finding immense joy in their company. As a proud dog owner, Jordan had two dogs named "Knight" and "June", who brought him happiness and companionship throughout his life. Jordan exemplified unwavering dedication to his country, embodying the values of patriotism, respect, and love for his nation.
Jordan is survived by his Parents, Lori and Dan Schmatz, sister, Jenna Schmatz, and brother Jacob Schmatz, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins who all loved him very much.
A visitation will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024, from 10-11 AM, in Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Mishawaka, IN. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM in the church, with a private burial to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery Milford, IN. Hahn funeral home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
The family asks that in remembrance of Jordan, donations be made to Alcoholics Anonymous, 1st United Methodist Church 201 E. 3rd Street, Mishawaka, IN.
