Jordan Ashlei Herman

Jordan Ashlei Herman, affectionately known as Jordy, passed away on August 16, 2023, in Buda, Texas, as a result of a car accident. Born on August 13, 1990, in Victoria, Texas, she was a beloved daughter, mother, sister and partner, known for her infectious laughter, generous spirit, and immense love for her family. Jordan was the cherished daughter of Ryan and Tracey Williams, sister to Cade, Colton, and Kiersten Williams, mom to Lacy and partner of Ryan Anderson. Her greatest pride and joy was her daughter, Lacy, who was the light of her life.
Jordan was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Frank Herman and Carol McGehee, her paternal grandparents, George Williams and Kathy Williams and her dear cousins, Tucker Anderson and Payton Herman.
A 2008 graduate of Bowie High School, Jordan was known for her vivacious spirit and kind heart. She carried this passion into her career, where she served as a coach and team manager of a competitive gymnastics team at the American AllStar Gymnastics in New Braunfels. Her passion for gymnastics was only surpassed by her love for her students, whom she nurtured and encouraged with the same warmth and dedication that she brought to her own family. In her leisure time, Jordy enjoyed spending time with her daughter, Lacy, and her siblings. She had a natural talent for making people laugh and was often the life of family gatherings with her impromptu dance performances and singing sessions. Her vibrant personality and zest for life were infectious, and she had a knack for making everyone around her feel special and loved. Jordan will be remembered as a beacon of laughter, kindness, and love. Her generosity was felt by all who knew her, and her spirit will continue to live on through the many lives she touched. Her love for her family was unwavering, and she continually put the needs of others before her own. She was a loving mother, a caring sister, a cherished daughter and devoted partner.
In losing Jordan, we lose a vibrant soul whose love and laughter filled our lives. Her legacy of generosity and love will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her. As we mourn her untimely passing, we also celebrate the life of a woman who was so full of love and laughter, and who touched the hearts of so many with her kindness and generosity. Jordan Ashlei Herman, "Jordy," will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always in our hearts.
