Jordan I. Vogl

Jordan Irvin Vogl, of Linthicum Heights, MD passed away peacefully at Gull Creek Senior Living in Berlin, MD on December 6, 2025, at the age of 96. He was born on August 2, 1929, in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late Irvin Anthony and Marie (Deuring) Vogl.
Jordan was a talented business owner in the printing industry, operating The Lakeland Press, Inc. with commitment and integrity. Jordan devoted his life to being a loving husband and father. A proud veteran, he served in the Korean War in the U.S. Marine Corp and was a dedicated member of the American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), Korean War Veterans and the Howard Masonic Lodge, where he proudly held membership for 70 years.
He is lovingly remembered by his four children, Debra Flynn (James), Kent Vogl (Patty) Craig Vogl, and Todd Vogl (Trish) as well as six grandchildren, Lindsay Jackson, William Denford Jr. (Kweli), Danielle Vogl, Brooke Vogl, Amber Vogl, and Justin Vogl; five great-grandchildren, Peyton Denford, Bentley Vogl, Emma Jackson, Liam Jackson, and Katie Jackson. His extended family, Tim, Jess, Addison, and Eden Flynn also Kristin, Winter and Dalton Greisz.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 11:30 AM at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, 1122 Sunrise Beach Road, Crownsville, MD.
In addition to his parents, Jordan was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Dorothy Marie Vogl.
