Jorge Arturo Villalobos, a beloved husband, a cherished brother and a dear friend, passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 58, at Eastside Piedmont Hospital.
A Celebration of gathering for Jorge will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024, from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm in the Peachtree Corners Chapel of Crowell Brothers Funeral Homes & Crematory.
He was born on December 30, 1965, in Costa Rica to his parents, the late Hector and Olga Villalobos.
Jorge was known for his vibrant spirit and zest for life. With his warm smile and infectious laughter, he captivated the hearts of all who knew him. He dedicated 19 years of his career to Parallon Business Solutions, displaying a strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to his role as a Collection Analyst in the healthcare industry.
In his free time, Jorge found solace and joy in two of his passions: gardening and music. He had a green thumb and took pride in tending to his beautiful garden, where he cultivated vibrant flowers and lush greenery. As a retired club DJ and music producer, he had a deep appreciation for music and its ability to bring people together, spreading happiness and creating unforgettable memories.
Jorge's love extended beyond his hobbies. He shared a deep bond with his beloved husband, Matthew Villalobos, and their 22 years of unwavering love and support were a testament to the strength of their relationship. Jorge had a close-knit family and treasured the moments spent with his brothers, Hector Villalobos Jr., and his wife, Jodi; and Oscar Villalobos; mother-in-law Sheyrl McClamrock; sister-in-laws, Charlene Villalobos, Kari Creason, and Kim Jenkins; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
His love for animals was evident in his devotion to his dogs, Mason Jack, Milo Cole, and Payton Marie, who brought him incredible joy and companionship throughout the years. Jorge adored the beach and found serenity in the soothing sounds of waves crashing against the shore. Whether it was swimming in the ocean, or simply basking in the sun, he felt at peace when surrounded by the beauty of the sea.
Jorge Arturo Villalobos will be deeply missed by his loved ones and all who had the honor of crossing paths with him. His memory will forever be cherished as a source of inspiration, joy, and love.
