Jose Hernandez Martinez Obituary
Jose Alberto Hernandez Martinez, 41, of Bethlehem, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 19, 2025 at his home. Born on February 11, 1984, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he was the son of Pedro Hernandez Sanchez and Iris Martinez Gonzalez.
Jose brought joy and laughter to all who knew him. He will be remembered for his loving spirit, vibrant humor, and his deep love for family and friends. He had a passion for mystery movies and enjoyed spending countless hours playing on his PlayStation and Xbox. Jose had an unparalleled ability to make those around him laugh, often leaving them in stitches with his clever jokes and playful wit.
Jose will be dearly missed by his mother, Iris Martinez Gonzolez; son, Enzo Hernandez Mercado; siblings, Diana Sanchez and her husband, Giancarlo, Miguel Hernandez and his wife, Tracy, Ian Hernandez, and Angel Hernandez; and two nieces, Luna and Aryah.
He is preceded in death by his father, Pedro Hernandez Sanchez.
Services will be private.
