Joseph P. MacLean, age 89, of Bethlehem Township passed away December 28, 2025. Born In Glasgow, Scotland, Joe moved to the U.S. in 1973 to work in the vending and game industry in Philadelphia before moving to the Lehigh Valley.
Joe and his wife, JoAnn enjoyed trips to Philadelphia and New York City. Joe also enjoyed trips to Las Vegas for various boxing events. Joe had a wonderful sense of humor. He was still telling jokes and stories to his caretakers and friends until his death.
Joe is survived by his wife and daughters, Maureen Young and Shirley McGee, grandchildren, Daryl McGee, Charlene Lyle, Lisa McCulloch, and Liam and Justin Young and five great grandchildren; four great grandchildren living in Scotland and one great grandchild living in N.Y. City.
Services are private. Arrangements by Connell Funeral Home.
