Jose Alfredo Jimenez, 23, passed away January 9, 2025. He was born January 9, 2002 in Eagle Pass, Texas to proud parents, Leroy and Brenda (Soto) Jimenez. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Elizabeth Navejas Jimenez.
Jose attended Baca Elementary, Heaton Junior High and graduated in 2020 from East High School. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing and shooting. He enjoyed listening to every type of music. He was naturally funny, always making others laugh and bringing a smile to their faces. Jose was very caring person and would help anyone in need. Jose had an energy that everyone was attracted to and wanted to be around. His greatest love was his family and friends, he enjoyed his time spent with each of them.
Jose is survived by his loving parents, Leroy and Brenda Jimenez; brother, Leroy Jimenez (Adilene); sister, Anahi Jimenez; nephew and niece, Anuel and Hanetzi Jimenez; grandfather, Claudio Jimenez; and grandparents, Raul and Luz Maria Soto Martinez; aunts and uncles, Francisco, Cecilia, Delia, Efrain, Miguel, Beatriz, Maria Guadalupe, Raul, Luz Yesenia, Roxana, Jose de Jesus, Raul, Susana, Alejandro and Adrian; numerous cousins and friends who will miss him dearly.
Funeral Service, 10 am, Tues., January 21, 2025 at Praise Assembly. Internment, Roselawn Cemetery.
