Jose Luis Vargas Guillen nacido en Zacapu Michoacán el dia 13 de Septiembre del 1953 y fallecio el 28 de Febrero del 2025. Emigro a los Estados Unidos en el año 1985. Un humilde trabajor de la construction que se retiro en el año 2010. Le sobreviven su esposa y cuatro hijos. Lo recordamos como un amado esposo, padre, hijo, abuelo, y amigo.
