Joseph Alan Angrick, August 7, 1954 - July 1, 2025, Joseph Alan Angrick, of Paragon, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2025, presumably headed for a place with endless NASCAR races, perfectly ripe tomatoes and a Harley that never needed an oil change. Joe spent his 70 years fixing anything with moving parts and built his own home. He made a career in commercial refrigeration, cooling things down professionally, though in life he often turned up the heat with his opinions and his stories. When he wasn't working, he was happiest fishing, hunting, Harley riding and playing euchre games where the trash talk flowed as freely as the drinks. He was a master pool player, a gardener with a green thumb and a lifelong animal lover. Joe was a little rough around the edges but had a fierce love for his family and friends. His stories, his laugh and the crazy nicknames he gave everyone will echo for generations. At the end of the day, he was real, rugged, stubborn, generous, playful and wildly one of a kind.

Joe was born in Camby, Indiana to the late Julius and Mary Angrick. He was married to the love of his life, Cynthia Lynn Angrick, for 52 years. They had two children, Kimberly (Christopher) Walker and Thomas (Kathleen) Angrick. He is also survived by his sister Rebecca (Kenneth) Brummett and brothers Gary (Kathleen) Angrick, Ricky (Abigail) Angrick and 6 grandchildren, Gabel Walker, Cole Angrick, Tegan Walker, Amber Walker, Levi Angrick, Kacy Angrick.
