A service honoring his life and legacy will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at New Scott Olly Baptist Church, 2627 Willow Glen River Rd., Alexandria, LA 71302.
Public viewing and visitation will begin at 10:00 am and continue until 11:00 am.
Joseph will be laid to rest in the Alexandria Memorial Gardens in Woodworth, Louisiana immediately following the service.
Please keep the family in prayer.

Joe was one of those guys that to know him was to love him. Many fond US Air Force memories and stories about flying for the Japanese civilian airlines. May he rest in Peace and Aloha!
