Joseph J. Bojc

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Joe Bojc, age 46, born April 18, 1978 and returned to our Heavenly Father on September 3, 2024. Joe was a loving son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew, cousin and loyal friend to many. He passed away surrounded by the love of his family, who will forever cherish the memories they made with him.
Joe had a passion for capturing the world through the lens of his camera, expressing his unique perspective and love for life through photography. He was happiest when photographing wildlife, highlighting all things Cleveland, and capturing moments shared with loved ones.
More than anything, Joe adored his niece and nephew, or as he called them, his "little buddies." They were the light of his life and he loved spending time with them and spoiling them with ice cream, no matter the hour!
Joe was a graduate of Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a member of their golf team.
Joe is preceded in death by grandparents Joe and Poldi Bojc, grandfather, Harry McNutt and uncle, Bob McNutt.
Joe was the loving son of Joe and Diana "Cookie" (McNutt) Bojc; brother of Phillip (Taylor) Bojc; grandson of Patricia McNutt; uncle of Josephine Bojc and Phillip J. Bojc; nephew of Larry (Nancy) McNutt, Harry McNutt (Sharon Moulse), John (Jan) Bojc and Marjeta (Pete) Laughlin.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Joe's memory to Lifebanc of Northeast Ohio, 4775 Richmond Rd., Cleveland, Ohio 44128 (lifebanc.org). Lifebanc helped Joe transform his death into life for others in Northeast Ohio needing organ transplants.
As an avid fan of Cleveland sports, Joe proudly cheered for his teams, celebrating their victories and enduring their losses. For one last time, we'll say it for Joe- Go Browns!
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday Sept. 13 at 6:30 PM at Brickman Bros. Funeral Home, 37433 Euclid Ave. in Willoughby where the family will receive friends from 3-6:30 PM.
