Joseph A. Casement Jr.

Joseph A. "Peppi" Casement, Jr., age 70, of Cleveland, Ohio passed away Sunday, October 26, 2025. He was born November 26, 1954 in Cleveland, Ohio to parents Joseph and Geraldine (nee Prain) Casement.

Peppi grew up in Cleveland near Jefferson Park and was a graduate of John Marshall High School. He worked for a short time at Fairview Hospital following high school, and also at the Terrace Club at Jacob's Field. Several other jobs came and went over the years, where Peppi met many friends. He enjoyed time with his dad and uncle, working on cars, learning mechanics, and tinkering. Peppi was an avid fan of The Ohio State University football team. He loved spending time with family, especially on holidays and special occasions.

Peppi is survived by his aunt Pat Casement; cousins Carmen (Karen) Casement, Michael (Beth) Casement, and Christine (Dan) Nutter; longtime friend Becky Brown; and many other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and uncle Carmen Casement.

Burial will be held privately at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brookpark, Ohio. Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 10:00 am at St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church, 5500 Lear Road, North Ridgeville, OH 44039. www.buschcares.com 440-937-6715
