Joseph Consevage Obituary
He was born in the Shamokin State Hospital on October 5, 1957, to his parents, John Leon and Lorraine (D'Alexander) Consevage.
Joseph was born and raised in Kulpmont and was a lifelong resident of the area. He worked as a laborer doing road construction and also worked at Knoebels.
On May 23, 1987, he married the former Gayle Long, who survives.
Joseph was a member of the Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. He was a member of the Atlas Legion, West End Athletic Club, the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, and the Clover Hose Co.
Joseph is survived by his wife, Gayle Consevage; two daughters, Jolene (Todd) Croker and Amy Baskin; a son, Roger (Lisa) Baskin; a brother, John (Teri) Consevage; two sisters, Mary Ann (Rick) Pasterski and Linda Consevage; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild; as well as nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Joseph was preceded in death by a brother, Mark Consevage, and a sister, Sharon Consevage.

To my Brother Joe,
I still can't believe that you are gone.
I see your face in my head, and think back on all the memories that was made over the years, from us as little kids, to the adults we are today.
My favorite memory is when went trick or treating, and you dressed up as mom, and we went down by mom's one friend's house, and she said " oh Lorraine glad to see you are taking your kids out" and you took mom's hat off your head, and opened you coat to show her it was you! We laughed! That was a real fun night! I will miss you Joe, and I hope that God's light showed you the way to heaven, and that Mom, Dad, and Our brother Mark greeted you with open arms! May you rest in peace Joe, and that God blesses you always!
