He was born January 18, 1956 in Wheeling, WV.
Joe was a retired steel worker. He enjoyed fishing, boating and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his mother: Shirley Davis DeBeni and one brother: Derrick DeBeni.
Survivors include his wife, of 50 years, Kay Swiger DeBeni; one son: Craig (Christina) DeBeni of Dayton, OH; his father: Charles DeBeni of Wheeling: three brothers: Jamie (Mary Kay) DeBeni of Wheeling, Chris DeBeni of Indio, CA and Rick (Khelli) DeBeni of Martins Ferry, OH; one sister: Clara (Junior) Weed of Wheeling; four grandchildren: Jenica, Derrick, Jaxon and Dominic DeBeni and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements entrusted to the Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 1 Ridgecrest Road, Bethlehem/Wheeling.
