Joseph Paul Drabick 74, of Hasbrouck Heights passed away on Friday, December 27, 2024. Born in Sharon, PA. to the late Laura and John Drabick. Joe was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He received his Associates Degree from Penn State University and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Before retiring after more than 30 years, he was a senior member of the Technical Staff at ITT Avionics in Clifton. Beloved husband of 51 years to Karen (nee Frykberg) Drabick. Devoted father of Michael Arias and husband Mateo, Andrew Drabick and Sarah Wojcik and husband Jeff. Dear brother of Dorothy Miller, John Drabick, Denise Isabella and the late Donald Drabick. Loving grandfather of Cora, Zoe, Colin, Abby and Claire.
Joe was a long suffering fan of the Cleveland Indians, the Cleveland Browns and was a devoted fan of anything Penn State.
Funeral Liturgy from Corpus Christi R.C. Church 260 Boulevard in Hasbrouck Heights on Tuesday, December 31st at 11 AM. (All to meet at church). Interment following at Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah. No visitation at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Valley Hospice 1 Valley Health Plaza in Paramus 07652 or to Don Bosco Prep 492 North Franklin Turnpike in Ramsey 07446 would be appreciated. Arrangements are by Costa Memorial Home in Hasbrouck Heights.
