Joseph loved his family and the time they shared together. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed making others smile. He was a big Dallas Cowboys fan and always enjoyed watching every game.
He is survived by his siblings, Elizabeth Desormeaux (Jimmy), Lennis Dugas, Paul Dugas, Susan Dugas, and Donald Dugas (Taylor).
Joseph is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Dugas, Sr., and Mary A. Guidry; and grandparents, Robert & Zelma Dugas, and Edmond & Lillian Guidry.
He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, at Louisiana Funeral Services & Crematory, 108 Hardware Rd. Broussard, LA from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
