In addition to his wife, Virginia, he is survived by two daughters, Brittany (Cipriano) Santiago, and Stephanie (Immanuel) Hodges; four grandchildren, Liliana Hernandez, Michael Hodges, Bella Santiago, and Miguel Santiago. In addition to his parents, Joseph was preceded in death by his sister, Valerie Jackson.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Greater Faith Apostolic Church, 3416 Clays Mill Rd., Lexington, KY 40503, with Pastor William McGraw officiating. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Saturday at the church. Entombment will be private at Blue Grass Memorial Gardens.
Kerr Brothers Funeral Home-Harrodsburg Road is in care of arrangements.
