JOSEPH FERLA Obituary

FERLA "Judge" JOSEPH Of Dresher, PA, passed away on Tues., Sept. 24, 2024 following a long illness and courageous battle. Son of the late Carmella (Pistritto) Ferla. Grandson of the late Flavia Pistritto and Carmello Pistritto. Brother of Yvonne Ferla-Kushner (Neal). Uncle of Paul and David Kushner. Retired Secretary-Treasurer of The International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 107 and retired Philadelphia Tax Board Commissioner. Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass on Wed., Oct. 2, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Alphonsus Church, 33 Conwell Ave., Maple Glen, PA 19002. Viewing from 8:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. at THE EMIL J. CIAVRELLI FUNERAL HOMES AND AND CREMATORY, 951 E. Butler Pike, Ambler, PA. Int. Rose Hill Cemetery, Ambler. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Joseph's name can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, www.stjude.org/donate/donate-to-st-jude.html.
