Joseph Fisher Jr. Obituary
Nobles Funeral Home and Crematory announces the memorial service of Mr. Joseph Steven Fisher Jr., age 79 who passed away Saturday, September 16, 2023, at Jesup Health and Rehab. He was a native of Jacksonville, FL living in Wayne County for the past forty years. Mr. Fisher was a retired carpenter and a member of Altamaha Baptist Church.
Mr. Fisher loved the Lord with all his heart and was the best uncle and brother anyone could ask for, showing love to everyone and helping out whenever he could.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mary Fisher, brothers, Robert, Richard, Bruce, Eddie and Donald Fisher and sisters, Marie Holland, and Mildred Gill.
Surviving is a son, Charles Fisher, and a daughter, Cynthia Fisher, five grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters, Leeann Neaves, Mary Pritchard, and Londa Gail, brothers, Charlie, Tommy, and Andy Fisher, and his loving friends Clarice Jones and Jimmy Priest.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 2 P.M. at the Altamaha Baptist Church in Jesup with Reverend Devon Mixon officiating.
