Beloved father Cathleen (Richard) Tice. Adored grandfather of Eve Isabella Tice. Loving brother of Robert Flack of Jackson, Michigan, James Flack of Jackson, Michigan and Cindi Flack of Columbus, Ohio.
Joseph attended and achieved his Bachelor's Degree from Eastern Michigan University, his Master's Degree from Wayne State University and his Juris Doctorate from The Detroit College of Law. Throughout his career he held multiple positions in the field of corporate law and finance as well as becoming a professor of Business law, Finance and Investments at Macomb Community College and Washtenaw College in Ann Arbor. He was also a member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla and a Private Pilot.
Memorial Visitation will be held Thursday December 12th from 9am until the time of the Memorial Service at 12pm at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons, Inc. 36900 Schoenherr at Metro Parkway (16 Mile). In lieu of flowers, donations preferred to USCG-AUX Flotilla 091-20-14, Monies will be dedicated to local outreach efforts for boating safety. Joseph will be very missed down here in Stuart.We shared many happy hours And a Columbus Day Regatta and a A chartered boat from Bahamas for Regatta time in Abaccos Rest In Peace my Friend Camille Galindo
