Barbara:
My deepest sympathy to you and family. Although we've never met, I spoke with you last year in trying to reach Joe regarding his close childhood friend/neighbor, Larry Fisher who had died suddenly. It pains me to know Joe & I had not seen each other since Hi School, living in the same city but we had some good telephone Conversations in past year. My condolences to you and all the family.

I was examining the Merchants and Planters Bank in Camden when Joe got home from Vietnam. The State Banking Dept hired him that day. He later became my loan officer. I have always been close to Joe and will miss him dearly.
