Joseph Marlon Gabbard

Joseph Marlon Gabbard, 58, of Lexington, passed away Saturday, March 8, 2025 at Mayfair Manor. Joe was born January 10, 1967 in Lexington to the late Ralph Wayne Gabbard, and his mother who lives in Lexington, Jacqueline Upton Gabbard. A long-time devoted employee of WKYT-TV, Joe loved card games, liked to fish, play golf, loved reading about airplanes and history and tinkering with computers. He is survived by his daughter, Victoria Grace Blackwell of Harrodsburg; a son, Nicholas Ryan Gabbard of Lexington; his mother, Jacqueline Upton Gabbard of Lexington; three brothers, Jason Ralph Gabbard, James Matthew (Christi) Gabbard, and Jesse Eden (Melanie) Gabbard, all of Lexington; four nieces and a nephew; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial visitation will be held from 10:00 – 12:00 noon Monday, March 17, 2025 with service at 12:00 pm at the Kerr Brothers-Harrodsburg Road.
