Joseph Page Lawrence, 66, of Clarksburg, died Thursday, December 18, 2003 following an extended illness. He was born June 30, 1937 in Clarksburg, a son of the late Harry B. and Ella Davis Lawrence. He was married to Judith A. Loria Lawrence who preceded him in death on August 29, 2002. Surviving are one daughter, Amy Jo Lawrence of Chillicothe, OH; one son, Frank Lawrence of Clarksburg; three grandchildren, Anthony Joseph Lawrence, Caleb Matthew Lake and Kimberly Towson; two sisters, Ruth Ann Belotte of Nutter Fort, Corinne Potvine of Virginia and one step sister, Helen McElroy of Clarksburg. In addition to his parents and wife, Mr. Lawrence was preceded in death by one son, Paul Anthony Lawrence; three brothers, Harry Lawrence, Paul Lawrence and James Lawrence. Mr. Lawrence served in the U. S. Air Force, was a member of the Roy E. Parrish American Legion Post 31, and Clarksburg Lodge No. 482 B.P.O. Elks. He was Protestant by faith. Family and friends may call at the Davis Funeral Home, One Olen Thomas Drive, Rt. 98, Clarksburg, Monday from 12-1pm, where funeral services will be held Monday, December 22nd at 1:00pm.
