Joseph Charles William Lee, 56, passed away after a long illness on December 24, 2024. He was born in Akron on May 23, 1968, the son of James Allen Lee Sr. and Sharon Stanley Rigby. Joe will always be remembered as an excellent father who loved his kids. Joe was easy going and friendly to others. He had a great sense of humor, and enjoyed the ocean, spending time with friends, fishing, playing darts, riding his motorcycle, and playing his guitar. Joe is preceded in death by his brother Johnny Clarence Daniel Lee, and his grandparents Clarence and Mary Stanley. He is survived by his mother Sharon Stanley Rigby; father James Allen Lee Sr.; brother James Allen (Becky) Lee Jr.; sister Shannon (Roy) Merrill; children Cody Lee, Dani Lee, Dillon Lee, and Joey Lee; as well as many other family members and friends. Visitation will be 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM Monday, December 30, 2024 at the Adams Mason Funeral Home (791 East Market Street), where funeral services will immediately follow at 2:30 PM.
