Todd was a devoted husband to Casi Watkins Ray and a loving father to his cherished daughter, Henley Grace Ray.
Todd is survived by numerous family members and friends. His life was a testament to the love and dedication he held for them all unconditionally.
Todd grew up in Weaverville and Marshall, NC. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army. Todd served his country with honor and distinction. He leaves behind a legacy of love, loyalty, and service that will be remembered by all who knew him.
Joseph Todd Ray will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

I am so sorry to hear of another classmate passing away Todd was such a great person always had jokes and took up for Alot of us girls in school he will be missed prayers for his wife and daughter and family
