Joseph E. Repoff Jr., age 79, of S. Weymouth passed away on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family. Joe, son of the late Joseph and Alice Repoff, was raised and educated in Savin Hill and Wollaston. He graduated from North Quincy High in 1960 and then proudly served his country in the Navy from 1961-64 and also from 1980-97.
Joe married his wife of 46 years, Christine, in 1975 and they settled in Weymouth where they raised a family. Joe created many fond memories with his family on many trips to Disney World and Cape Cod and was always happy when he was around his family whom he was so very proud. He also loved classic cars and never missed a Saturday night with his wife Christine.
Joe is survived by his beloved wife Christine Repoff (Jouvé) of S. Weymouth, his children Joseph Repoff and his wife Kate of Westford and Laurie Iuliano and her husband John of Dedham, his grandchildren Johnny, Jimmy, Evelyn, and Joseph, and his siblings Helen Golden, Kathy Cobb and her husband Buddy, and John Repoff and his wife Elaine. Joe is also survived by his inlaws Carol Harris, Joanne Welch, Jimmy and Beverly Jouve, Patty and Ski Zwadaski and Marie and Richard Decristoforo.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to the visitation for Joe on Thursday September 30, 2021 from 8:30-10:30am in the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located at 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) Weymouth, MA. A Funeral Mass will take place immediately following the visitation at 11am in the St. Francis Xavier Church located at 234 Pleasant St. Weymouth, MA. Donations may be made in honor of Joe to the Dana Farber Cancer Center at 101 Columbian St. Weymouth, MA 02190.
