Joshua was born on December 14, 1984, in the state of Georgia to his mother, Penny Cambell. After the family moved to Wisconsin, Penny met his stepfather, Larry Cambell. Joshua attended school at Melrose-Mindoro, however, he worked for his GED at Western Tech. One of his long-term occupations was as a cook at the Ho-Chunk Casino, which he seemed to enjoy. He was always eating, or cooking, or posting his dinners on Facebook. Although that was one of his talents, he had many and could take almost any job you gave him. On March 18, 2005, he welcomed his daughter and remained a fixture in her life.
Joshua was an amazing artist, and many people have pieces of his art. He used his art to show love and appreciation to those he cared about. Even on his worst days you could catch him coloring or drawing at some point. He also enjoyed fishing, it was something that never changed. Even as recently as a few weeks ago he was planning a fishing trip with family. Another remarkable thing about Joshua was his hot wheels collection. It was a lifelong hobby of his, and it wasn't short of impressive. Most of all Joshua was a father, a son, a brother, an uncle, and a friend. He will forever be missed.
Joshua is survived by his daughter, Phawn Johnson-Harris, his step-father, Larry Cambell, his sisters, Bobbi Sue Harris, Annie Nolan, and Alanna Brooks, his brothers, Tony, Jon, and Nick Cambell, his nieces Haley and Hanna Brush, and Brenna Nolan, and his nephew Blake Brush.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents Randy and Betty Morris, and his mother Penny Cambell.
Services for Joshua will take place on Friday, December 9, 2022. Friends and family are welcome to visitation from 5:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at the Family Worship Assembly in Black River Falls. Pastor John Cowles will officiate a prayer service at 5:30 p.m.
The Torgerson's Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements, 715-284-4321.

Cj, you always lit up a room. You could always make anyone laugh n knew how to get everyone in a good mood. You were a blast n I'll never forget back when we dated years ago and how you protected me from a crazy ex.
