Joshua Andrew Richmond

Joshua Andrew Richmond, 31, of Summerville, SC, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 7th, 2024.
Josh was born on April 3, 1993, in North Charleston, SC, a son of Shannon Richmond and Jason Brown. He graduated from Summerville High School and later started his career as a welder for Anchor Sign. Josh enjoyed many things in life including four wheeling, hunting, fishing, and fast cars. If there was an activity that involved the outdoors, he was involved in it. Josh was a car enthusiast and could fix nearly any mechanical problem with a vehicle. He also had a love for car stereo systems and spent time upgrading his friends and his own. Josh was the life of the party and could always find a way to brighten someone's day. Josh was a much beloved son, brother, uncle, grandson, and friend who will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his loving mother, Shannon Richmond and his father, Jason Brown (Lindsey); his siblings: Zachary Beck (Alyssa Taylor), Alyssa Richmond (Jeff Gonyer), and Don Brown; his loving grandparents: W. Dean Richmond and his wife, Eileen Richmond, and grandmother, Denise Brown; his beloved uncles and aunts: Dean Richmond (Miranda), Christopher Richmond (Meredith), aunt Deanna Bailey and family, uncle Jack and family, and uncle Joe and family; his cousins, Elizabeth Richmond and Dean A. Richmond; as well as a nephew, Merrick Gonyer.
