Massena: Joshuha Michael Bowen, age 13, passed away untimely on January 27, 2025.
Joshuha Michael Bowen, age, 13, was born on March 25, 2011, to Thomas and Tiara Bowen in Massena Hospital. Joshuha attended Massena Central School with his many friends. Joshuha was known as the "Mini Tommy" and enjoyed football, basketball, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends. He was a member of the PAL program through the Massena Police Department.
The Bowen family enjoyed camping, swimming, fishing, grilling and of course eating a hot dog or burger. The Bowen Family used food as a gateway for open conversation, laughing and family memories.
Joshuha, including his family; grandmother, Diana Avery, father Thomas Bowen, and mother Tiara Bowen and brothers Eil Lee and Karmen Alexander tragically passed away in the house that they called home.
Joshuha is survived by his grandparent(s) April DeRonde of Syracuse, NY, Joseph Hence and wife Athena of Massena, NY, and Dale Bowen of Churubusco, NY. He is also survived by his uncle Joseph (Zachery Bunnell) Bowen of Brasher Falls, NY, Anthony (Samantha) Bowen of Plattsburgh, NY. Aunts Tiffani Hence of Massena, NY and Susan McGregor of Massena, NY. Joshuha also had many cousins and extended and adopted family members.

Calling hours will be held at the Emmanuel Congregational Church on Friday February 7, 2025, from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
