Joyce Clegg

Joyce "Ga", "gramma Joyce Clegg", 78 left this world behind on October 25. She was predeceased by her husband Gordon "Butch" Clegg, her doggie Flash, her parents,Richard and Madeline, both brothers Alan and Tom and her cousin Sharan. She is survived by her daughter Melanie Lee or "Mellie" as her momma called her (Glenn), Her grand children Alex (Max) and Samantha (Sam), as well as her great granddaughters Xoe and Hazel. She was also survived by her SIL(s) and very close friends Peggy and Liz, Her bff Barb along with several nieces a nephew and many cousins. Joyce was a hippie at heart and a computer wiz. She was an IT director for UMH and was employed for 37 years. She built our 1st computer in 1986. She had a love for people and a green thumb and was often found gardening or planning on the flowers she wanted for next year. She loved singing or humming a good tune, dancing with her family during random dance parties or curled up with her popcorn and a good book. She had an amazing smile and an infectious laugh. She loved playing with those great grand babies and spending as much time as she could with her grandchildren. My sweet mom thank you for being my mom. Thank you for all the sacrifices, the special moments and all the time we had. I will miss you and cannot begin to express the hole you left. Please fly high and enjoy the afterlife. May it all be good food, drinks and much happiness on the other side. You are loved. Joyce requested no funeral but there will be a celebration of life in the Spring that will be announced closer to the day. In Lieu of flower please make a donation to your local food pantry.
