Dear DeLuca family,
I sadly just learned of Joyces passing and am so sorry to have missed her memorial. Where to begin to tell you how much her friendship and power of example as an exemplary human being means to me. 36 years ago she was always there for me with her beautiful smile to show me that it was possible to live life fully. During the next 35 years, her wisdom, generosity, sense of humor, etc. continued to brighten each day I had the pleasure to meet up with her. Her family meant the world to her and I hope she is at peace. I'm sure she's going to heaven to continue her work for us on left here on earth from above. May you find peace with your loss from so many wonderful memories of this magnificent human being, your Mom. Thank you for sharing her with me!

Our deepest condolences to Joyce's family. I worked for Joyce in her home, within moments we were friends. She was full of life love and laughter. I will forever be grateful for the time we spent together. Her words were so thoughtful and meaningful. She listened, she advised and never judged, she truly was a woman of pure grace and dignity. She truly is Happy, Joyous and Free now.
