Joyce Ann Geroff

Joyce Ann Geroff, nee Wehrenberg, age 82, a Naperville resident since 1972, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at her home, surrounded by her family. She was born November 15, 1940 in Fort Wayne, IN to her loving late parents, Henry and Bertha Wehrenberg. Cherished wife of the late William R. Geroff, wedded April 21, 1963. Beloved mom of Gina Geroff, Lisa (Gregg) Ansberry and Tricia (Christopher) Kirkman. Adored Grandma "Bunny" of Gabrielle (Hayden) Heiby, Alyssa (Christian) Martin, Juliette Ansberry, Alexander and Breanna Kirkman. Dearest sister of the late, Joann Groth, Henry, David and Thomas Wehrenberg. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Joyce graduated from North Side High School in Fort Wayne and attended Valporaiso University. Joyce was a very talented artist, creating many stained glass pieces, which she sold through her small business. For the last 22 years, Joyce was able to utilize her creativity as a floral designer. She touched many peoples lives with her artistic creations and her genuine smile. She was a long-time member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Joyce enjoyed volunteering her time in the PADS and Feed My Starving Children Programs. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Memorial Visitation: Saturday, March 25, 9:00-11:00 a.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1310 Shepherd Drive, Naperville, IL 60565. Memorial Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 a.m., also at the church. Interment will be private at Naperville Cemetery, Naperville, IL.
