Joyce A. Kramer

Joyce A. (Saweikis) Kramer, 69, of Mt. Penn, passed away in her home on Saturday, February 21, 2026. She was the wife of Richard Kramer, with whom she celebrated 46 years of marriage. Born in Bloomsburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Leo Robert and Eleanor Veronica (Kobilis) Saweikis. Joyce graduated from Wilson High School, class of 1974, and Reading Hospital School of Nursing where she became an LPN. She worked at Berks Heim for 32 years until her retirement. Joyce was a member of St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C.

In addition to her husband, Joyce is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Perez, wife of Robert, of Lower Alsace. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Ava, and Dominick, as well as her sister Donna M. Beissel, widow of Dale, and her brother Leo J. Saweikis, husband of Pamela.

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Monday, March 2, 2026 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with a Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11:00 am at St. Catharine of Siena R.C.C., 4975 Boyertown Pike, Reading, PA 19606.
