Joyce Newcomb Martin of Clover passed away Sunday, March 10, 2024 at the age of 77. She was born in Halifax County on June 15, 1946 to the late John “Jim” Newcomb and the late Sarah Martin Newcomb. She was married to the late Ernest E. Martin.
She was of the Christian Faith. Family was what Joyce treasured most, especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dave Kidd officiating. Burial to follow in Ellis Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, one hour prior to the service at Powell Funeral Home.
