Graveside Memorial Service at Highland Cemetery, Lawton, OK, Monday May 20, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., under the direction of Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home in Walters, OK.

Joyce Yvonne (Williams) McGee was born to Joy (Neely) and Dr. Carl Sherman Williams on January 28, 1930 at Hulen, OK and departed this life in Oklahoma City, OK on May 7, 2024 at the age of 94 years, 3 months and 9 days. 

Joyce grew up early on in Oregon and then moved back to Walters, OK, while still in elementary school. She married Clarence Don McGee on December 24, 1950 in Lawton, OK and to the union 2 daughters, Deborah and Denise, were born. After the completion of Don’s military service the family settled in Temple, OK where Joyce worked at the Haggar Slacks factory for more than 30 years. She then worked at the grocery store and the Nutrition Center, retiring at age 83. 

Joyce enjoyed shopping, traveling, and watching football. She also enjoyed attending her kids and grandkids sports and other activities through the years. 

She was preceded in death by her parents Dr. Carl and Joy Williams; her husband, Don McGee in 2017; and her brother, Bob Williams. 

Survivors include 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie and Billy Graham of Temple, and Denise and Mark Ebersbach of Edmond, OK; 3 grandchildren, Gordon Williams and Cara Rosebure of Wilburton, OK, Max and Nicole Ebersbach of Edmond and Jack Ebersbach of Edmond; a great granddaughter, Daisy Williams of Wilburton; her heavenly cat, Mittens; other relatives and friends.  

Memorial donations can be made to the Oklahoma Parkinson's Alliance.
