Joyce A. (Kissinger) Rosier, 78, of Martinsburg, WV, formerly of Dallastown, PA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at the Shenandoah Center in Charles Town, WV. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles P. "Charley" Rosier, Jr., with whom she shared 48 wonderful years of marriage until his passing in 2014.

Born on October 1, 1946, in York, she was the daughter of the late Harry P. and Fay L. (Diffenderfer) Kissinger.

Joyce was raised in the York area and graduated from York High School. She met Charley in 1964, and they were married in 1966, beginning a life filled with love, family, and dedication. She was employed for over 30 years at Progressive Typographers (PT), where she worked diligently while also raising her family. Joyce was a longtime member of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Dover, where she nurtured her faith and built lasting friendships. After moving to West Virginia, she continued to live a life grounded in love for her family and service to others.

Joyce had a deep passion for traveling, especially to visit her loved ones scattered across the globe-from Europe to Seattle to Washington. A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she cherished every moment spent with her family. Her greatest joy was being surrounded by the people she loved.

She is survived by her two children, Troy S. Rosier of Charles Town, WV, and Kelly Jo Bruner of Martinsburg, WV; her grandchildren: Zachary Rosier, Kelsey O'Hara and husband Jordan, Alexander Rosier and wife Rain, Raegan Rosier and her boyfriend Cam Blank, Tyler Riley and girlfriend Cortney Wesner and her children, and Rachel Bruner and fiancé Sam Jones. She is also survived by step-grandchildren: Ashley Bailey and husband Michael, and Adam Burgoon and wife Jen.

Joyce was the proud great-grandmother of Alex Rosier, Jr., with another great-grandchild, Charlie Rosier, expected soon. She is also survived by her step-great-grandchildren: Jaidyn Felicio, Aubrey Bailey, Milo Burgoon, Annmarie Burgoon, Jameson Bailey, Olivia Burgoon, Fiona Burgoon, Laiken Wesner and Ellowyn Wesner.

In addition to her children and grandchildren, Joyce is survived by her sister, Janet Shelley and husband Tom of Loganville; her sister-in-law, Carolyn Kissinger of Lubbock, TX; and many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charley, and her brother, Phil Kissinger.

A funeral service to honor Joyce's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home, 104 W. Main St., Dallastown, with Rev.
