Juan Manuel Nunez Quiroz, 61, passed away on August 15th in Odessa Texas.
Juan Manuel Nunez Quiroz, born in Cuidad Juarez, Mexico on July 13, 1964, beloved son of Juan Nunez and Justina Quiroz.
Juan's life was rooted in love, family, and faith. He was a loved father, brother, son, uncle and friend. He worked for Great Basin Petroleum Services for 26 years, where he was respected for his hard work and dedication.
Juan is preceded in death by Candida Violeta Nunez.
He is survived by wife Rosemary Nunez, children Sonia Salazar, and Charles Solomon (son-in-law) Juan Nunez and Stephanie Nunez, (daughter-in-law) Estella Leal and Andy Leal (son-in-law) and Crystal Garcia. His sibling Maria McMullen, Ana Velia Nunez, Stacey Nunez, Susanna Nunez, Monique Martinez and Leticia Vlaun as well as many family members and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
Juan was known for his generosity and often gave graciously to causes close to his heart, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He spent his time dedicated to his work and family
He played soccer for many years and loved to dance and enjoy life with his family in his free time.
To honor his life, pallbearers will include Juan Nunez, Stacey Nunez, Charles Solomon, Erik Nunez, Andy Leal, Leonel Salinas and Larry Luna.
Juan’s legacy of kindness, devotion, and love for family will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
