She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Barbara Jane Miller, Sandra Porter, and son-in-law, Joe Gould. Her and her husband, Bob Gouthiere were married until his death in1997. Bob's nickname for Judy was lightning.
She is survived by her sister, Kathryn Porter HIll; her sons, Robert Gouthiere Jr. and wife, Carla, Steven Gouthiere; daughter, Sarah Beth Gouthiere Gould; and son, Joseph Whit Gouthiere, Sr. and wife, Amanda; grandchildren, Jessica, Jaclyn, Dillon, Nikki, Chris, Devin, Grant, Joseph Jr., and Julianna; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Judy was very intelligent and quick-witted and loved a good joke, and if it wasn't funny enough, she would put a little mustard on it and make it better.
In her younger years, raising her children and caring for her family, she was always there.
Arrangements for a celebration of her life is pending due to out of state family. Judy knew Jesus, and we pray for her family and friends.
