Judith Marion "Judy" Gottschall

Judith "Judy" Marion Goss Gottschall, 87, a resident of Norton, passed from this life Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at home following a brief illness.

Judy was born Friday, October 28, 1938, in Colwyn, PA, a daughter of the late Henry Richard Goss and Dorothy Margaret Boone Goss. On June 25, 1955, in Pennsylvania, she married Robert "Bob" Frederick Gottschall who preceded her in death March 22, 2023.

Also left to cherish his memory are five children, Robert Gottschall Jr. and wife Judy, William Gottschall, Mark Gottschall, Matthew Gottschall and wife Cheryl, and Melody Lackus and husband Albert, fifteen grandchildren, and eighteen great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Preceding her in death besides her parents and husband were seven siblings, one grandson, Stanley Lackus, and daughter-in-law, Michelle Gottschall.

Judy was a 1956 graduate of Upper Darby High School in Pennsylvania. Until her retirement in 2002, she was employed as a property manager for the Sage Corporation in Minnesota. In 2003, Judy worked alongside her husband Bob, and operated Bob's Hot Dogs in Norton for the next thirteen years. She was known for making the most incredible clothes for Barbie dolls. Every year, she had a passion for making homemade Christmas cookies with her daughter Melody. Above all, Judy was dedicated to her family whom she adored, and her family was her world.

Visitation will be held at the Randolph Funeral Home Wednesday, February 18, 2026, from 11am until Noon, the funeral hour. Judy's request for cremation will then be honored.
