I have so many lovely and fun memories of Judy. She was a gentle force that had a positive strong impact on many lives in Africa and the US. It was a privilege to know her and to have danced with her.

Aboubacar (Abou) Coulibaly
July 10, 2023
I was shocked to learn this sad news only today. Judy's name in Mali, which she visited 27 times, was Korotoumou Coulibaly. A name she took after my family name. Judy has contrnuted to building more than 30 schools in Mali allowing most adolescent girls to have access to education in their communities thus helping to address cost and distance barriers. REST PEACE, DEAR JUDY!
