Judith Elaine Milburn

It's with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Judith Elaine Milburn. She departed this world on March 30, at the age of 74. She was born on August 2, 1950 in Baltimore to her loving parents, Florence and Jack Seitz. Judy was a devoted wife to the late Michael E. Milburn. She was an amazing mother to Nicole M. Davidson, (Bradly P. Davidson), Stephanie D. Fearson and a doting grandmother to her one and only, Quinn Olivia Fearson. Judy was quite a character, one of a kind. Her quick wit and her humor got her through everything. Judy's daughters and her granddaughter were her absolute world.
Raised in Baltimore city, Judy attended the Institute of Notre Dame for grammar school and Eastern High School. She married Michael in 1970 and together, they raise their girls in Holland Hills. In 2003, her life forever changed, she became a grandmother to a beautiful baby girl. She said she always wanted three and now she has them.

Friends and family are welcome to the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral home (Beltway exit 26) on Thursday, April 3 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM. A funeral service to be held on Friday, April 4 at 10 AM at St. Stephen Church. 8030 Bradshaw Road Kingsville, MD 21087. Interment to take place on Friday, April 11 at 10:45 AM at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
