Judith Carol Palmer

Edina, MN - Judith Carol Palmer, born Nov. 12, 1935, passed Thursday Aug. 21st 2025 in her home at Heritage of Edina. Preceded in death by her beloved parents David and Vera Palmer, her beloved cousins Jeanne Exline and Nancy Boody and many more. Judi was a clerk for the US District Court in Mn., working with Judges Alsop and Devitt, retiring in 1990. She was incredibly proud of her service and received many letters of recognition for her professionalism and good cheer. In 2002, she moved to Heritage of Edina and became known throughout the community, managing the small store, playing poker with residents. She was one of the longest tenured residents and made many friends, who were always greeted with a heartfelt "Hi honey!". Judi will be missed especially by 2nd cousins Sandy Boody (Terry Maly), and John Exline (Linda) who have been caring for Judy alongside the staff at Heritage. A special thanks to the Allina Hospice staff who were so dedicated over the last 6 months. A private service will held with family.
