Judith was born in Easton, PA on April 4, 1937 to Daniel and Muriel Padgett Pettit.
Judith was a graduate of Phillipsburg High School. She was employed as an Employee Benefit Manager with Koh-I-Noor Rapidograph of Bloomsbury, NJ from 1976 to 1994 and with the Career Institute of Technology in Forks Township, PA from 1995 to 2011. Judith enjoyed crocheting, camping, and plating cards.. She was a former member of the Harmony Township Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.
Judith is survived by her children, Dawn (Bob) Hunter, Donald (Meghan) Rumrill, Richard (Barb) Rumrill, Fay M Young and Edgar D. Rumrill; 13 Grandchildren; 10 Great-grandchildren; 1 Great-great-grandchild; Sister-in-Law, Germaine Pettit; and Niece, Susan Pettit. Judith was predeceased by Husband, Richard Rumrill.
A Visitation for the Family and Friends of Judith will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 am at Rupell Funeral Home, LLC; 465 Memorial Pkwy; Phillipsburg, NJ 08865. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery; Phillipsburg, NJ.
In Lieu of Flowers, Memorials may be made in Judith''s name to The Parkinson's Foundation (Parkinson.org) or the Alzheimer's Association (donorservices.alz.org)
