Judy Dianne Basco, age 78, of Keatchie, Louisiana entered into eternal rest on January 4, 2025. She was born on May 20, 1946, in Columbus, Ohio to the late Herbert and Patricia Elliott.
A visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. with services to follow at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, located at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Drive in Shreveport. Burial will be held at Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, 7970 Mike Clark Rd, Keithville, LA 71047.
Judy graduated high school in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and went on to further her education at Northwestern University earning her degree in social work. She will be remembered best as an outgoing, generous, and loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Penny Williams and Rachel Powell. Left to cherish her memory include her husband of 56 years, Allen Basco; sons, Raymond Basco and wife Kimberly and Brad Basco and wife Jennifer; granddaughters, Kayla, Mary, and Emma Basco; grandson, Christopher Basco; and sister, Florence Frazier.
