Judy T. Bisconti

Judy T. Bisconti, 77, died on Monday, October 13, 2025. Judy was born in Jersey City and lived most of her life in Lyndhurst. She worked as a hairdresser for many years until her journey led her to open her own beauty supply store, Lakeview Beauty Supply in Clifton. She retired as her health declined and moved to Phillipsburg, NJ where she would say "I have moved to the mountains in peace." While in Phillipsburg, Judy enjoyed spending time in her trailer camping with her family. She loved her family, especially her granddaughters and her dogs, Boobsley and Woobsley. The campsite is quiet but we find comfort knowing that she is at peace in the mountains above.
Judy is survived by her loving children, Connie Catania and her husband, Nick, Charles P. Eckardt, Jr. and his wife, Carryanne, and Peter Eckardt and his wife, Carrie and by her cherished granddaughters, Alivia, Gianna, Emilyanne, and Caroline.
Private cremation is under the direction of Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ. A memorial service will be planned for a future date. You may express your condolences to Judy's family by using our tribute wall.
